Wesley Academy and Wesley Childcare, is a licensed program, and required by the state of Florida to have current physical and immunization forms on file for all children attending our center. St. Mark UMC and our Wesley programs recognize that parents have a right to pursue exemptions to immunizations. More information on these options can be found at:
